DNV-Micron d.o.o. was founded in 2006 and has been in operation from late 2010. The quarry, "Čukara", is under a 25 licence for exploitation granted by the Republic of Serbia, with reserves of 6 million m³ of marble grade calcium carbonate - with extreme degrees of purity and whiteness.

The company's major markets are paint/coatings/adhesives and plastic industries as well as construction, agriculture, food and pharma. With a strategic geographic location, the company's target export markets are South Western-Eastern Europe and Russia along with satisfying domestic demand.
